Interior design is not just an aesthetic matter. At Ferruz Studio, we carry out comprehensive projects, rethinking each space from its structure to adapt it to new needs of functionality, comfort and design.
We take care of complete demolitions and redistributions, optimizing each square meter and managing all the professionals involved: structural engineers, technical engineers, installers and regulatory specialists. We coordinate the entire process, from permits to execution, guaranteeing an impeccable result.
Each project is a large-scale intervention where planning, construction management and material selection play a key role. We design interiors with an architectural vision, taking care of the structure, light and functionality to create unique, efficient and timeless spaces.
LISTEN, ANALYZE
AND PLAN
Each project begins with an analysis phase in which we listen to the client to understand their vision and needs. We visit the space to assess its
potential and establish a clear strategy. We explain our methodology, timelines and planning, ensuring a structured and transparent process. From there, we define a balanced program between aesthetics, functionality and efficiency, laying the foundation for a well-executed transformation.
BASIC AND EXECUTIVE PROJECT.
The process begins with the analysis of the current state of the property, drawing up plans and studying its structure, distribution and possibilities. From this base, we develop the first distribution proposals, optimizing the spaces according to the client’s needs.
Once the distribution is approved, we move on to a more detailed phase, preparing a technical dossier with precise plans, descriptive reports and measurements,
which will serve as a reference to define materials, installations and finishes. This document is key to obtaining adjusted budgets and guaranteeing a
execution faithful to the planned design.
CHOICE OF MATERIALS AND
SPACE DEFINITION
We conceive each space in a global way, where materials, lighting and furniture are integrated from the beginning of the design. We carefully select coatings, pavements and finishes that provide aesthetic coherence, durability and functionality.
We do not understand interior architecture without studying the final lighting or without defining which furniture will occupy each room. For this reason, we develop a detailed proposal of furniture, fabrics and textures, accompanied by realistic renders, allowing us to visualize the final result before execution.
EXECUTION AND MONITORING:
FROM DESIGN TO REALITY
At Ferruz Studio we take care of the weekly monitoring of the work, ensuring that every detail is executed as planned. We coordinate the teams, resolve unforeseen events and supervise each phase of the process to guarantee an impeccable result.
When the work comes to an end, we manage the assembly of the furniture, the placement of decorative elements and the final adjustments, delivering a space completely finished and ready to be enjoyed. A turnkey project
